Debra A. Milsap, age 55, of Bryan, Ohio, died on Tuesday, February 19, 2013, at her residence. She was a homemaker. Debra was born on October 4, 1957, in Greenville, South Carolina. She is survived by her mother, Ann Cox, of Bryan, son, Michael Miller, of Louisiana, brother, Robert Smith, and sister, Stacey Smith, both of Bryan. Per her wishes, there will be no services. Arrangements have been entrusted to Krill Funeral Service, 860 West Mulberry Street, Bryan, Ohio.
