Richard Wayne McDowell

Richard Wayne McDowell, age 66, of Bryan, Ohio, died at 8:00 P.M. on Tuesday, July 28, 2015, shortly after admittance to Community Hospitals and Wellness Centers in Bryan. Mr. Mcdowell was a carpenter by trade and had spent most of his life in Oklahoma. He was a veteran of the United States Marines. Richard Wayne McDowell was born on June 9, 1949, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the son of James and Ella (Rehm) McDowell. Survivors include one sister, Sue Blankenship, of Tulsa. There will be no services and interment will be private.
