Rachel K. Norrick

Rachel K. Norrick, age 90, of Bryan, Ohio, died at 11:25 P.M. on Saturday, December 26, 2015, at Park View Nursing Center in Edgerton, Ohio, where she was a resident, after a brief illness. Mrs. Norrick was a graduate of St. Clairsville High School and was a registered nurse. Rachel K. Norrick was born on August 4, 1925, in Stewartville, Ohio, the daughter of Charles T. and Mary E. (Early) Byers. Survivors include her husband, Kenneth Norrick; one daughter, Kathy Ratliff; one granddaughter, Tonya Barns, of Saginaw, Michigan; her great-grandchildren; six stepchildren, Shirley Ridenour, Charlotte Rettig, Lee Norrick, Cassandra Hasty, Juanita Venderley and Dawn Crawford; one brother, Charles Byers; and three sisters, Ruby Whitehair, Helen Henry and Veda Nethina. In keeping with Rachel’s wishes, there will be no services and interment in Farmer Cemetery will be private.
