Phyllis A. Jack

Phyllis A. Jack, age 81, of Bryan, Ohio, died at 2:47 P.M. on Monday, March 14, 2016, at Community Health Professionals Inpatient Hospice near Defiance, Ohio, after a brief illness. Phyllis A. Jack was born on August 6, 1934, in Bryan, Ohio, the daughter of Walter and Catheryn (Smith) Harman. She married John H. Jack on August 7, 1954, and he preceded her in death on February 4, 2011. Survivors include one son, Keith (Gabriela) Jack, of Citrus Heights, California; two grandchildren, Ethan Jack and Andrew Jack; and two sisters, Sharon Bellmann, of Bryan, and Jeanette Harman, of Defiance. She was also preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Richard Harman. In keeping with Phyllis’ wishes, there will be no services and interment will be private in Edon Cemetery. Krill Funeral Service, 860 West Mulberry Street, Bryan, has been entrusted with arrangements.
