Donald L. Kurtz

Donald L. Kurtz, age 63, of Vicksburg, Mississippi, and formerly of Blakeslee, Ohio, died Tuesday, August 31, 2010, in Vicksburg. Mr. Kurtz was an employee of the Aro Corporation retiring in 2004. Donald L. Kurtz, was born March 27, 1947, in Bryan, Ohio, the son of Harold M. and Ladyne C. (Keller) Kurtz. He is survived by four sons, Todd Kurtz, Greg (Sharon) Kurtz, Eric “Butch” (Heather) Kurtz and Shawn (Jamey) Kurtz, and one daughter, Angel (Billie Joe) Heggins, all of Vicksburg, and ten grandchildren. He is also survived by three brothers, William (Denise) Kurtz, of Butler, Indiana, Tom (Vicki) Kurtz, of Edon, Ohio, and Steve Kurtz, of Edgerton, Ohio and four sisters, Carolyn (Bob) Richmond, of Auburn, Indiana, Mary (Bill) Word, of Camden, Michigan, Elaine Lirot, of Coldwater, Michigan and Jane (Tom) Lambcke, of LaGrange, Indiana. Visitation will be on Saturday, September 4, 2010, from 9:00-10:30 A.M. in the Krill Funeral Home, Edon, Ohio. Services will be follow on Saturday at 11:00 A.M. in St. Joseph Catholic Church, Blakeslee, with Reverend Stephen Schroeder officiating. Interment will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery. Memorials may be given to a charity of the donor’s choice.
