Margaret E. Russell

Margaret E. Russell, age 83, of Defiance, Ohio, died 2:35 a.m. on Wednesday, February 25, 2009, at the Community Health Professionals Inpatient Hospice in Defiance, where she was a patient after a brief illness. She was a member of the Free Christian Church of God in Continental, Ohio. Margaret E. Russell was born on October 20, 1925, in New York, New York, the daughter of George and Margaret E. (McElwee) Wieting. She is also survived by her children, Bette (Lou) Stark, of Defiance, Ohio, Mark Pecenko, of St. Petersburg, Florida, and Jeff (Lisa) Pecenko, of North Canton, Ohio, seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one son, Joseph Pecenko. There will be no visitation or service.
