Eva L. Rummel

View Video Tribute Eva L. Rummel, age 77, of Edon, Ohio, died at 5:50 p.m. on Thursday, April 14, 2005, in her home. Mrs. Rummel was employed as a machine operator by One Way Plastics near Edon, Ohio, until her retirement in 1996. Eva L. Rummel was born August 11, 1927, in Angola, Indiana, the daughter of Delmar and Inez (Corwin) Perry. She married Richard H. Rummel on September 17, 1947, in Angola, Indiana, and he preceded her in death on September 17, 1984. Mrs. Rummel is survived by one son, Dennis (Sandy) Rummel, of Edon, Ohio, two daughters, Sandra (Joe Jacobs) Rummel, of Ballston Lake, New York, and Karen (Glenn) Humphrey, of Montpelier, Ohio. She is also survived by four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and two sisters, Alice Adams, of Spring City, Tennessee, and Faye Waltmier, of Pleasant, Lake, Indiana. Services for Eva L. Rummel will be Monday, April 18, 2005, at 11:00 a.m. (Ohio time) in the Krill Funeral Home, Edon, Ohio, with Pastor Jim Hulbert officiating. Burial will follow in Edon Cemetery. Visitation will be in the Krill Funeral Home, Edon, Ohio, from 2-8 p.m. on Sunday, April 17. Memorials in the name of Eva L. Rummel may be given to Community Hopsitals and Wellness Centers Hospice Care.
