James M. Pike, Jr.

James M. “Jim” Pike, Jr., age 89, of Bryan, Ohio passed away Sunday, January 25, 2026 at Majestic Care in Bryan. Jim worked in the movie and TV industries for all the major studios in craft services and as a set man. He was an avid reader.

James M. Pike, Jr. was born July 15, 1936 in Detroit, Michigan, the son of James M. and Sarah H. (Rucker) Pike, Sr. Jim married Alexandria A. “Alice” LoSacco on April 4, 1959, in North Hollywood, California, and she preceded him in death on June 8, 2009.

Surviving Jim are two sons, James M. Pike III of Valley Village, CA, and John Pike, of Bryan; five nieces and nephews and several great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife and a sister, Dorothy Ann Ester.

Private burial will take place at Shiffler Cemetery where Jim will be interred next to his wife, Alice. His arrangements have been entrusted to Krill Funeral Service, 860 West Mulberry Street, Bryan.
