Sandra L. Lower

Sandra L. Lower, age 68, of Montpelier, passed away Monday, July 28, 2025, at Mercy St. Rita’s Medical Center in Lima, OH. Sandra was a homemaker and enjoyed cooking, working in her yard and time with her pets.

Sandra was born January 26, 1957, in Bryan, the daughter of William and Evelyn (Kimberly) Copeland. She married Ted G. Lower on June 21, 1986, in Montpelier and he survives her.

Sandra is also survived by her son, Bill (Danielle) Hopkins, Jr., of Pioneer; daughter, Chasity Zuber, of Bryan and sister, Pam Snyder, of Bryan. She was preceded in death by her parents.

A celebration of Sandra’s life is being planned. Information will be announced once finalized. Her arrangements have been entrusted to Krill Funeral Service, 860 West Mulberry Street, Bryan, OH.
