Sheila A. Habel

Sheila A. (Stetler) Habel, age 63, of Northwood, OH, passed away Saturday, August 8, 2026, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Perrysburg. Sheila worked at the BP refinery in Oregon until illness forced her early retirement from the workforce. She enjoyed music and art.

Sheila was born on July 12, 1963, in Oregon, OH, the daughter of Robert R. and Billie M. (Burr) Stetler. She graduated from Oak Harbor High School in 1981.

Sheila is survived by her mother, Billie (Joe) Madison, of Bettsville, OH; son, Anthony Fanelly, of Erie, MI; brother, Robert Stetler II, of Millbury, OH; sisters, Denise (Sean) McCarthy, and Wendy (Jamie) Twardzik, both of Fremont, OH; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert R. Stetler.

In accordance with Sheila’s wishes, there will be no services. Her arrangements have been entrusted to Krill Funeral Service, 860 West Mulberry Street, Bryan, OH.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Hospice of Northwest Ohio, 30000 East River Road, Perrysburg, OH 43551 or the Humane Society of Ottawa County, 2424 E Sand Rd, Port Clinton, OH 43452.
