Thomas A. Miller

Thomas A. Miller, age 86, of Montpelier, Ohio, passed away on August 20, 2026, at the Parkview Montpelier Hospital. He was born on September 24, 1939, in Darke County, Ohio to the parents of William John Miller and Olivia (Shoen) Miller. He was employed at Lester's Diner as well as Defiance Casting. He was a member of the Saint Patrick and Sacred Heart Catholic Church. He enjoyed helping others and watching the Cincinnati Reds baseball team.

His survivors include sons, Terry Miller, of Bryan, Ohio, and Jamie Miller, of Decatur, Indiana; daughter Tracy Wilson; 3 grandchildren and a great-grandchild; brothers, Jerry Gerald (Helen) Miller of Decatur, Indiana, Donald (Mary) Miller, of Saint Henry, Ohio, and sisters, Imogene Werder, of Decatur, Indiana and Arlene Miller, of Dodge, Iowa and numerous nieces and nephews.

Tom is preceded in death by his parents; infant son; sister, Betty Himmergarn, and brothers, James, Richard, and Mark Miller.

A celebration of life will be held in Tom's memory at Saint Patrick Catholic Church in the future.
